Therapist (talent pipeline)

The therapist is responsible for managing a caseload of clients and providing therapeutic treatment using evidence-Based and person-Centered practices. They will assess clients' needs, develop treatment plans, and participate in treatment team meetings to coordinate services.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of counseling procedures for behavioral health and substance use disorders, along with knowledge of relevant regulations. An associate degree is preferred, and candidates should be pursuing chemical dependency certification or licensure.
