Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Behavior technicians work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities include using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills like communication and social interaction while actively working to reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, demonstrating patience, compassion, and strong teamwork abilities, and must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged. Essential physical requirements include the ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds, with the registered behavior technician certification required within 45 days of onboarding.
