Assistant Swim Coach

The assistant swim coach will assist the head swim team coach in writing and leading swim team group workouts and running daily practices to help members improve their swimming technique. This role also involves registering new participants and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the aquatics facilities.

A high school diploma or ged and at least one year of swim coaching experience are required, along with current asca and usa swimming memberships and cpr/Aed certification. Candidates must also be able to perform physical tasks like swimming 25 yards/Meters without stopping and lifting up to 20 lbs routinely.
