The developmental specialist is primarily responsible for assessing individuals' hopes and dreams and providing support to achieve personal goals, including facilitating community relationships and ensuring rights are protected. Responsibilities also involve assisting with daily living activities, documentation, safety procedures, and potentially overnight stays in a residential setting.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and a valid us driver's license, with experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses, intellectual/Developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders being preferred but not required. The role involves specific scheduling, including every other weekend from 7 am to 7 pm.
