Toddler Teacher

The toddler teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment while implementing the proprietary l.e.a.p curriculum. This role also involves building relationships with families and communicating regularly about children's achievements.

Candidates should possess a genuine passion for the education and care of children, with a minimum requirement of six months of professional teaching experience, though one year is preferred. A high school diploma or ged is required, while an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
