Coaches will teach soccer skills to young players aged 2-6 through fun games and stories. They will also mentor and support the coaching staff and provide feedback to players and parents.
Challenger Sports is looking for reliable, energetic and enthusiastic soccer coaches to fill roles in our British Soccer Academy and Tiny Tykes programs.
What is TinyTykes? TinyTykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 2-6. Players learn the introductory skills of soccer through you teaching them fun games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45 mins each. Our soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum for you to follow which introduces young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer as well as developing their motor, social, and psychological skills.
$25-35 per hour - pay based on experience level (classes are usually 45-60mins & run back to back) bonus schemes available.
What is British Soccer Academy? Professional year-round coaching.
You will mentor and provide support to the organization and coaching staff.
Deliver in-house coaches clinics and coach education.
Be a positive role model and offer clear and continual feedback to players, parents and coaches.
Act as an ambassador of Challenger Sports.
Coaches will be paid weekly depending upon the number of previous seasons worked as a trainer. You will coach soccer for an average of 10-15 hours each week with the balance of 35 hours in-office marketing maintenance.
