Recreation Aide

The recreation aide is responsible for organizing and directing trainees in leisure-Time recreation and non-Vocational activities, including assisting with center-Sponsored trips and events. This role also involves supporting water safety programming and mentoring students to help establish life skills.

Candidates must possess either an associate of arts degree or one year of related experience working with youth, with a preference for experience in recreation or non-Vocational programs. A valid driver's license, flexibility for varied shifts including weekends and nights, and the ability to pass drug screening and a criminal background check are mandatory.
