We are seeking a Strength and Conditioning Coach who is passionate about coaching athletes and delivering a high-quality training experience. This role is 100 percent focused on coaching and athlete development. If you love being on the floor, teaching proper movement, and helping athletes improve performance, this role is for you.
You will coach athletes of all ages and ability levels, from youth athletes to adults, in a structured, fast-paced training environment.
Key Responsibilities Coaching & Athlete Development Coach group classes, small groups, and 1 on 1 training sessions Deliver strength and conditioning programs with proper technique and attention to safety Motivate athletes and create an energetic, positive training environment Modify exercises based on age, ability level, and physical needs Ensure all athletes follow proper warm-up, movement, and recovery protocols Program Execution Follow and execute provided training programs as written Maintain consistency and quality across all training sessions Track athlete participation and provide basic performance feedback as needed Facility Standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training floor Set up and break down equipment for sessions Uphold coaching standards and professional conduct at all times
Qualifications
Required Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification Has at least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA. Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting. Ability to coach athletes ages 7 to adult High energy, reliable, and professional demeanor Availability for evenings and weekends Preferred Has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field CSCS, CPT, or related certification Background as a competitive athlete
