Counselor

The counselor is responsible for providing advanced counseling services to individuals, groups, and families, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing case management support to assist youth with education and pro-Social behavior development. Key duties also involve extensive documentation, court representation, and maintaining compliance with clinical contracts and regulatory guidelines.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a relevant human services field along with 0 to 3 years of post-Master’s clinical or counseling experience. Essential requirements include a deep understanding and ability to apply trauma-Informed principles, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the capacity to facilitate groups effectively.
