Core responsibilities
The intern will gain experience by observing and assisting with counseling services, case management, and truancy intervention efforts for youth and families in a community setting. Responsibilities include assisting with intakes, treatment planning, monitoring school attendance, and participating in skill-Building groups under supervision.
Requirements summary
Applicants must be a bachelor’s or master’s level student currently enrolled in social work, mental health counseling, psychology, or a related human services field, or a registered intern, and must be at least 21 years old.
