The official is responsible for enforcing rules while cultivating a positive culture, acting as an on-Field coach, and advocating for the programs for kids aged 3-9. Key duties include understanding and enforcing i9 sports rules, teaching sportsmanship, keeping time and score, and demonstrating positive customer service.

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and have sport-Specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience. Applicants need to be highly motivated self-Starters capable of working independently, solving problems, and demonstrating awareness to ensure player safety, along with the ability to pass a national criminal background check.
