Core responsibilities
The academic & career coach will provide comprehensive instruction tailored to student needs, reviewing course materials daily to establish necessary timelines. Responsibilities also include supporting students through the job search process, covering resume building, applications, interview preparation, and on-The-Job success.
Requirements summary
A bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, along with approximately one year of preferred experience in both teaching/Tutoring and career counseling. The position requires flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and some weekends to support neurodiverse young adults.
