Core responsibilities
The instructor will provide instruction for stna/Phlebotomy and ekg classes, requiring planning lessons, monitoring skills, and assessing student progress on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities also include teaching hands-On skills, attending clinical sites with students, and maintaining accurate student records.
Requirements summary
Candidates need an associate degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred) or a certified medical assistant/Phlebotomy technician with at least 5 years of experience for specific classes, along with an active ohio registered nurse license. A minimum of two years of recent nursing home experience is required, and the instructor must hold or obtain a train the trainer certification for cna instruction.
