Behavior Technician - After School Hours (10-30 Hours)

The role involves providing clinical skills instruction and implementing behavior reduction protocols based on applied behavior analysis principles for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include planning and implementing intervention strategies, recording data, reinforcing positive behavior, and assisting with parent training under bcba supervision.

Candidates must possess either a bachelor's degree in a human services field with one year of relevant experience, or an associate's degree (60 college credits) with a minimum of two years of direct relevant experience working with youth needing behavior management. Strong organization and communication skills are mandatory, and registered behavior technician certification is a plus.
