- Percentage: Up to 25%Constellation is looking to add a School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to our team who will work collaboratively with the school team and other therapists to provide services to children including intervention in small group and individual sessions. They will also provide documentation and reports at IEP meetings. Must have a Connecticut Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License and previous pediatric experience is preferred.
