The liaison therapist provides face-To-Face consultation to classroom teachers to foster positive, trauma-Informed learning environments and assists in developing effective behavior responses for at-Risk children. This role also involves providing psycho-Educational groups, serving as a liaison between family and school, assisting with the iep process, and addressing specific mental health issues through individual or group therapy.

Requirements summary

A master's degree is required in clinical psychology, mental health counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field with specific behavioral health coursework. A minimum of one year of experience providing treatment to individuals with mental health disorders is mandatory, and a valid tennessee driver's license is required.
