Therapeutic Mentor

Provide hands-On peer support and coaching to parents and caregivers of children receiving behavioral health services. Facilitate workshops, attend school meetings, and coordinate with community stakeholders to support family needs and systems change.

Requires a high school diploma or ged and personal lived experience as a parent or caregiver of a youth with complex needs. Must possess strong communication skills, the ability to manage confidential information, and the capacity to travel up to 50% of the time.
