Paraprofessional

This role involves assisting certificated staff with the instructional and behavioral management of youth within a school setting, implementing the boys town education model, and conducting follow-Up lessons. Responsibilities also include supervising students during non-Instructional times and ensuring student health and well-Being while serving as a positive role model.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with previous experience, preferably in a school or youth care environment. A nationally recognized personal restraint model certification must be obtained during pre-Service training.
