Tutor

The tutor is responsible for facilitating small group instruction and providing one-On-One homework support to students within a safe and nurturing learning environment. Key duties include preparing and supervising after-School activities, implementing program curriculum, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Candidates must possess a high school degree or ged, with an associate's degree preferred, and prior experience working with students in a learning environment or being an education student. Essential skills include proficiency in microsoft suite, excellent communication, flexibility, and alignment with the organization's core values.
