Tutor

The tutor is responsible for facilitating small group instruction and providing one-On-One homework support to students within a safe and nurturing learning environment. Key duties include preparing and supervising after-School activities, implementing program curriculum, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Candidates must possess a high school degree or ged, with an associate's degree or higher preferred, and prior experience working with students or being an education student is required. Essential abilities include proficiency in microsoft suite, excellent communication skills, flexibility, and alignment with the organization's core values.
