Paid Training for the RBT certification - nationally recognized certification

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
Collect and record data on an iPad on patient progress and behavior.
Build rapport and establish a positive, therapeutic relationship with patients and their caregivers.
Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to review and update behavior intervention plans.
Ensure that all interventions are applied consistently with ethical and professional standards while maintaining confidentiality with all PHI.
Contribute as a positive team member- supporting the creation and maintenance of an inclusive clinic culture.

Requires a passion for working with children and the physical ability to move quickly and lift up to 30 pounds. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and while RBT experience is a plus, it is not required for entry-level roles.
