Core responsibilities

Responsibilities include implementing individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the bcba and collecting and recording data on patient progress and behavior using an ipad. Team members must also build therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers and collaborate with the clinical team to review intervention plans.

Requirements summary

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in any field (Psychology preferred) and must be available to work monday through friday from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm, demonstrating a passion for working with children. Prior rbt experience is beneficial but not required.
