Assistant teachers must follow all licensing guidelines and company standards while ensuring the daily care of every child in a clean, organized, and interactive classroom environment. They are also responsible for developing skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children, along with effectively communicating with families.

Candidates must love helping children, engaging with them, and continuously learning about childcare and child development topics. Essential requirements include meeting state/Accreditation standards for education and experience, and having the physical ability to engage with children both indoors and outdoors.
