Home Visitor - Ionia County

The home visitor ensures required services are delivered to enrolled children, pregnant women, and families by building trusting relationships to foster self-Sufficiency and school readiness skills. Key duties include planning and conducting weekly home visits, implementing curriculum with fidelity, and monitoring progress on child and family goals.

Candidates must possess a home-Based child development associates (Cda) credential or an associate/Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related child-Focused field. Applicants must also have the ability to communicate positively, work collaboratively, pass a criminal background check, and possess a valid michigan driver's license.
