Instructors will deliver dynamic, form-focused Pilates classes using the signature BODYBAR method, ensuring client safety and alignment through expert cues. They are also responsible for acting as a brand ambassador, building community, and managing their class schedule effectively.

Who We’re Looking For A Candidate to become a certified Bodybar instructor at BODYBAR, you’ll deliver dynamic, form-focused workouts that build strength, connection, and confidence in every class.
We’re looking for a high-energy professional to lead sessions using the BODYBAR method while inspiring and motivating clients.
Reporting to the Fitness Manager, you’ll create a standout experience that keeps members coming back.
Already certified instructors are welcome as well !!
Bridge Training is required.
What You’ll Be Doing
Be a true BODYBAR ambassador—live the mission and bring that energy to every class you teach.
Lead form-focused Pilates classes using the BODYBAR method—challenging and supporting all fitness levels.
Guide members with expert cues to keep them safe, aligned, and confident in every movement.
Provide clear, upbeat support to members—answering questions on modifications, studio policies, and promotions.
Own your class schedule—secure subs promptly to ensure an excellent member experience.
Build community by connecting with members before, during, and after class to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Candidates must possess a passion for fitness and helping others, along with strong communication and people skills, and basic knowledge of anatomy. Required certifications include CPR & AED, and instructors must pass the BODYBAR Instructor Training Program and obtain liability insurance.
