Graduate Assistant: Strength and Conditioning

The assistant will implement and monitor safe strength and conditioning programs to enhance student-Athlete physical performance, involving data testing, strategy design for injury prevention, and record maintenance. Responsibilities also include instructing athletes on proper techniques, coordinating schedules, communicating with staff, and overseeing recreation center operations and student workers.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and be accepted into a north park university graduate program, along with one year of experience developing and managing sport-Specific strength training programs. Required certifications include adult cpr/Aed/First aid and a major strength and conditioning certification (Cscs, sccc, or csc) upon start or in progress, alongside computer literacy and commitment to the university's mission.
