Assistant Women's Basketball Coach

This full-Time position assists the head coach with all daily operations of the women’s basketball program, including recruitment, coaching, scheduling, travel, and budgeting, while ensuring compliance with ncaa and cciw regulations. Key duties involve analyzing performance, instructing athletes, executing game planning, and monitoring the academic success and behavior of student-Athletes.

A bachelor’s degree is required, along with coaching experience and extensive knowledge of intercollegiate basketball. Applicants must be prepared to work an untraditional schedule including frequent nights and weekends, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift and move athletic equipment.
