Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians implement bcba-Designed clinical plans to help clients build critical communication, social, and adaptive skills using applied behavior analysis principles. They are also responsible for collecting, recording, and summarizing data on client behavior and maintaining a safe therapy environment.

A minimum high school diploma or ged is required, but no prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, able to lift up to 30 lbs, assume various postures, and utilize quick body movements when necessary.
