Swim instructor

The swim instructor will positively engage with members, instruct and motivate swim participants, and utilize the pool to enhance member experiences while developing relationships and delivering safe, effective programs. Essential functions include teaching proper form, enforcing safety rules, maintaining accurate records like lesson plans and attendance, and ensuring pool safety and equipment readiness.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and are required to obtain first aid and cpr-Pr/Aed certification within 30 days, which the y will provide. The role also requires the ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, and manuals.
