In-Classroom Instructor - EKG Technician (Part Time)

The instructor will teach an ekg technician course covering topics such as patient care, medical/Legal aspects, cardiovascular anatomy, and the practical demonstration of ekg testing preparation, setup, and proficiency in using ekg equipment. Responsibilities also include accurately calculating heart rates, interpreting rhythm strips, and recognizing the effects of cardiac medications.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as an ekg technician and 3-5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a classroom or synchronous environment. A teaching certification is preferred, and all instructors must adhere to the weekly class schedule.
