Board Certified Behavior Analyst

As a board certified behavior analyst, the role involves conducting functional behavior assessments (Fbas), designing behavior intervention plans (Bips), and providing direct therapeutic services for children with autism using aba techniques. Responsibilities also include training and supervising behavior technicians and caregivers, monitoring progress, and making data-Driven adjustments to intervention strategies.

Candidates must possess a bcba degree with an active license in the united states (With the requirement to obtain a hawaii license) and should live on the island or be willing to relocate to maui from within the u.s. Preferred experience includes one year in pediatric therapy, alongside strong communication skills and tenacity to reach goals.
