Assistant Teacher Float (School-Age)

The assistant teacher float will support engaging activities, build positive relationships, and help maintain a fun and safe out of school time environment by planning and facilitating age-Appropriate activities for children, including those with special needs. This role also involves collaborating with supervisors to complete daily documentation and ensuring the environment meets safety and licensing standards.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have at least two years of verified experience working with school-Age students (2,500 hours). Essential qualities include a genuine passion for working with children, excellent communication skills for parent engagement, and an understanding of relevant licensing and accreditation standards.
