PHLpreK Lead Teacher

The lead teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lessons aligned with pa early learning standards within a nurturing environment, while ensuring high educational and health practices are maintained. Key duties include observing and documenting student progress, collaborating closely with parents, and guiding children toward positive behavior choices.

Candidates must possess an aa/As degree in early childhood education or a related field, including 18 ece credits, along with a minimum of two years of experience working with preschoolers in an educational setting. Required qualities include excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of dhs licensing and keystone stars accreditation standards.
