RN Clinical Educator- Hematology/Oncology Service Line

The clinical nurse educator assists with educational needs assessment, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of unit-Based clinical education for primary staff, supporting activities like onboarding, in-Service, and continuing education programs. This role involves modeling excellence in nursing practice, coaching new hires, providing clinical expertise, and reinforcing current practices and processes.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in nursing or a healthcare-Related field and have three years of prior clinical experience, with specific experience required in the neonatal icu (Nicu). A licensed registered nurse certification through the louisiana state board of nursing and american heart association basic life support/Cpr certification are mandatory.
