The Teen Counselor plans and organizes all program activities under the Youth Development Director, ensuring the safety of participating youth and teens while leading monthly special events and weekly teen clubs. Responsibilities include carrying out daily tasks, instructing lessons according to guidelines, and ensuring program components meet grant compliance.

Under the direction of the Youth Development Director, the Teen Counselor plans, organizes all program activities at the Y Branch; ensures the safety of youth and teens who are participating in the programs and clubs; creates and leads monthly special events; and coordinates and facilitates weekly teen clubs. This is a grant funded position.
