Teen Counselor

The teen counselor plans and organizes all program activities under the youth development director, ensuring the safety of participating youth and teens while leading monthly special events and weekly teen clubs. Responsibilities include carrying out daily tasks, instructing lessons according to guidelines, and ensuring program components meet grant compliance.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school degree, along with 2-4 years of prior experience working with school-Age youth or teens in a group setting. Candidates must also pass pre-Employment checks and obtain necessary certifications like cpr/First aid/Bls and youth and teen safety training.
