Youth Engagement Specialist

The youth engagement specialist will manage student engagement efforts, including daily check-Ins, recruitment, retention, and parent communication, while assisting the coordinator with planning and leading evening mentoring groups.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude, possess sensitivity when working with multicultural communities, and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
