WIOA Service Coordinator

The service coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for program participants, providing holistic case management and strength-Based support. They are responsible for assessing participant needs, developing individualized employment plans, and connecting individuals to community resources.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma with 5 years of experience, an associate degree with 3 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a national criminal background check are required.
