Workforce Development Specialist (Grant-funded)

The specialist will facilitate degree completion and hiring for students in career and technical programs by building relationships with students and local employers. Major duties include evaluating student competencies, assisting with program promotion, and developing/Maintaining work-Based learning placements.

A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree preferred, alongside one to two years of experience working with college students or in a related field like workforce development. Essential skills include strong interpersonal, organizational, coordination, and excellent oral/Written communication abilities.
