The Instructor/Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality classroom instruction by preparing engaging lessons aligned with standards, assessing student progress, and managing classroom behavior. The Instructor/Teacher plays a critical role in delivering high-quality classroom instruction that supports student achievement. Responsibilities include preparing effective lessons, assessing student progress, managing classroom materials and behavior, and collaborating with colleagues.
The Instructor reports directly to the Division Head, Assistant Principal, and Principal and is expected to uphold the mission and values of CANO in all interactions with students and families.
