Assistant Coach, Varsity Football - Athletics

The assistant coach is responsible for assisting the head coach in organizing the sport's needs within the athletic program, which includes conducting practices and motivating students. This role also involves instructing student athletes on game strategies and techniques.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and at least one year of positive coaching or related athletic leadership experience. Substantial knowledge of football, including comprehensive practice planning and scheme development, is required, along with the physical ability to demonstrate sport positions.
