Salem - Instructor/Para Educator - 26-27 School Year

The instructor will collaborate with a k-6 homeroom teacher to support student needs, including teaching small groups in math and reading, and assisting with supervision during lunch, recess, and transitions. Duties also involve administrative support like grading, making copies, and maintaining special education data records.

Successful candidates must be energetic, enthusiastic, and committed to student success, capable of working well within a team environment and demonstrating good classroom management skills. Candidates must meet highly qualified status by having an associate's degree, 48 college credit hours, or passing a basic academic skills exam within the first week of hire; no teaching license is required.
