Toddler Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for creating and implementing lessons that support age-Appropriate academic and values curricula in a loving and safe environment, utilizing observations and assessments to individualize learning experiences. Responsibilities also include leading classroom management, preparing supplies, cleaning, transitions, supervision, and coordinating with the teaching team while fostering a positive parent partnership.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, with an aa in early childhood education or a cda (Or at least 12 college credits in education) being required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with required experience working in education, specifically early childhood. Applicants must be physically capable of lifting 45 pounds, engaging in physical activity, constantly moving to interact with children, and must be willing to obtain cpr and first aid certification.
