YMCA Loudoun - Sterling Elementary - Senior Group Leader

Lead and supervise engaging activities for pre-K and kindergarten students while designing developmentally appropriate lesson plans. Provide mentorship to group leaders and maintain clear communication with families and site leadership.

Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience working with children ages 3-6 in a licensed or educational setting. A high school diploma or ged is mandatory, with a preference for cda or early childhood coursework.
