Facilitator, Learning & Development

The facilitator is responsible for delivering consistent, high-Impact learning experiences in classroom and virtual settings, focusing on building leadership and job-Specific competencies to drive business results. This role also involves owning the end-To-End execution of training sessions, including logistics, material coordination, and acting as a daily role model for company values.

Candidates must have one to three years of experience in corporate training or facilitation, coupled with a working knowledge of adult learning theory and principles. Essential abilities include strong interpersonal communication, excellent organizational skills, high learning agility with virtual technology, and the composure to handle stressful situations.
