Direct Support Professional- Bachelor's Level

Direct support professionals (Dsps) assist in implementing therapeutic treatment programs and evaluate the progress of residents. They also act as client advocates and provide supervision to ensure safety and therapeutic boundaries.

A bachelor's degree in education, psychology, sociology, social work, or a related field is required. Candidates must also have a valid and clean nys driver's license for at least 3 years.
