Behavior Technician Childcare Experience Needed - Spanish Bilingual

Responsibilities include learning directly from board certified behavioral analysts to provide therapy, teaching communication, social, self-Help, and play skills using applied behavioral analysis principles. The role also requires maintaining active participation during sessions, accurately recording treatment data, ensuring client safety, and maintaining confidentiality.

Candidates must possess either a ba with 12 months of experience or a high school diploma with 36 months of supervised experience implementing behavior support plans with individuals with developmental disabilities. Applicants also need at least six months of paid experience working with children, volunteer experience with kids, or aba experience, along with reliable transportation and the ability to pass required background checks and physical exams.
