Core responsibilities
The day habilitation specialist will develop and implement individual service plans (Isp) for participants and assist with their daily programming and needs. They will also provide hands-On support, transportation, and documentation of progress.
Requirements summary
A high school diploma or ged is required, along with a valid nys driver's license. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and capable of assisting in crisis intervention.
