Core responsibilities
The day hab specialist will develop and implement individual service plans (Isp) for participants and assist with their daily programming and safety. They will also provide hands-On support and instruction to help individuals achieve personal goals and foster independence.
Requirements summary
A high school diploma or ged is required, along with a valid nys driver's license. Candidates must be 21 years or older and capable of assisting in crisis intervention.
