Position Summary
We are seeking a Psychologist to join our integrated Behavioral Health team. This role provides direct outpatient therapy services to adult and pediatric patients using evidence based interventions in individual and group settings.
The Psychologist collaborates closely with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams, participates in quality improvement initiatives, and supports TFHC’s mission of delivering patient centered, integrated behavioral healthcare.

- Essential responsibilities
- Provide cognitive and behavioral therapy interventions to adult and pediatric patients with behavioral health needs
- Conduct behavioral health classes and group interventions in primary care settings, including stress management, sleep enhancement, and chronic pain support
- Consult with primary care providers regarding patient care and provide timely follow up on referrals
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record documentation
- Deliver presentations and trainings to primary care and clinical staff on behavioral health topics
- Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical pathway programs
- Consult with legal authorities as directed and in accordance with organizational policy
- Manage a full outpatient patient schedule in alignment with TFHC productivity and access standards
- Supervise peer providers in training or not yet fully licensed, as assigned
- Attend and participate in meetings, committees, and conferences

Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Psychology required
- Minimum of two years of experience providing therapy services, preferably in a community based or ambulatory setting
- Active and unrestricted license to practice psychology in the State of Florida
- Current BLS certification
- Experience with Autism testing, including ADI and ADOS, required
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently while adhering to TFHC policies, HIPAA requirements, and accreditation standards
- Commitment to providing respectful, empathetic care to diverse patient populations
