Market context

Michigan athletic trainer roles stay competitive

In Michigan, certified athletic trainer openings are often tied to schools, sports medicine clinics, and rehabilitation settings, where demand follows athletic seasons and patient volume. These roles are competitive because employers usually want a CAATE-accredited degree, current certification, and Michigan licensure, plus experience supporting active populations. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to quickly confirm fit, then verify licensure status and prepare examples of injury prevention, evaluation, and return-to-play work.
