Confirmation Program Coordinator

The coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the parish’s 2-Year confirmation preparation program for youth in grades 8 through high school to instill a love for the catholic faith. Key duties include promoting the program, coordinating classes using approved curriculum, recruiting and supporting mentors, tracking progress, and organizing related events like retreats and liturgies.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or ged and being an active, practicing catholic in good standing with a demonstrated commitment to youth faith formation. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, the ability to work with adolescents, and must obtain or already possess virtus certification.
